We’re a legal team in your pocket
BuySecure is the first fully automated, direct-to-consumer AI contract review tool built and backed by a law firm.
BuySecure was created by lawyers to be an internal tool that allows contract reviews to be more efficient. It did just that, allowing our lawyers to spend more time supporting their clients’ unique circumstances, and less time checking to see if the Title Search matches the Sale Contract.
We tested and refined and tested some more, until we had a smooth and efficient AI tool. It got so good that we thought it would be a shame to keep it to ourselves. So, we decided to make it available to anyone buying a property in Australia. Since we wanted to make it as efficient as possible, we removed the lawyers and dropped the price. Our mission is to provide the best insights we can for the best value in the market.
BuySecure doesn’t replace lawyers, but it’s the perfect first step for home buyers to learn more about their contract, ask our chat bot about the clauses or conveyancing in general, and then, if you’re sure you’ve found the right property, engage a lawyer to do a final check and negotiate the contract on your behalf before you sign.
